This is a feta type cheese in brine made from sheep milk. It has soft consistency with numerous holes of various shapes and sizes, scattered all over the body of the cheese. Ripened cheese has robust salty taste and specific flavor. Ripens in two months.
Recommended as an appetizer.

Store at temperature from 0◦C to +6◦C and relative humidity not more than 80%.

  • A whole wheel of cheese 2.0-2.5 kg brick in polymer back.
  • Vacuum packaged pieces of cheese 500-550 g.
