Goat cheese

This feta-type cheese in brine is made from goat milk. It has creamy, slightly brittle consistency, without holes. The color is white, no rind. Ripened cheese has a distinctive lactic taste with tones of acidity.
Recommended as an appetizer and in salads.

Store at temperature from 0◦C to +6◦C and relative humidity not more than 80%.
