Hard cheese made from natural milk received from alpine pastures. Has a smooth pliable consistency with big regular holes, yellow color, sweet nutty taste and characteristic aroma. May be consumed after 2 months of ripening, but more mature cheese acquires distinctive taste and flavor.
Recommended as an appetizer and in salads.
Store at temperature from 2◦C to +4◦C and relative humidity not more than 80%.
